Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience, in an administrative capacity.
• Ability to manage high volume transactions and phone calls.
• Strong critical thinking skills to resolve escalated accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all SLAs on assigned title department inboxes.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email for account updates.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
