OPENLANE is seeking a meticulous Title Specialist at our Carmel, Indiana headquarters. You will process vehicle titles from multiple states with careful attention to accuracy, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely handling of titles for dealer partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling documentation or paperwork in an office setting.
• Experience with data entry and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles from multiple states with meticulous accuracy.
• Identify title issues and escalate when needed to resolve.
• Scan titles into electronic formats and generate shipping labels.
• Send titles to buyers via FedEx and manage returns to reduce turnaround times.
