Job summary

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator to support title, escrow and legal settlement teams across Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Louisville.

You will manage multi-state closing workflows, perform title reviews, draft proformas, prepare title bills, and coordinate with underwriters and lenders to ensure timely closings. Hybrid/remote options available for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Commercial Real Estate Paralegal or Title Coordinator.
• Experience with title review, proformas, and multi-state closings.
• Knowledge of ALTA title policies and lien searches.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive title review and examination of commitments and related documents.
• Draft proformas and issue complex title policies (ALTA) per guidelines.
• Calculate and manage title bills, fees, and recording charges across states.
• Coordinate multi-state pipelines from intake to post-closing with deadlines.
• Review surveys, entity docs, lien reports, and UCC searches for issues.
• Clear title exceptions through cooperation with sellers, buyers, lenders, and underwriters.
• Serve as primary contact for attorneys, brokers, lenders, and internal teams.
