Job summary

Security 1st Title LLC seeks a Title Assistant in Newton, KS to support the issuance of title insurance products. You will maintain critical documents, ensure file integrity, and facilitate smooth title processing while liaising with customers, vendors, and staff.

The role emphasizes detail, accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, in-office, with benefits including paid training, a consistent 8am–5pm schedule, holidays, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• The candidate should maintain high accuracy across document prep, data entry, and file management.
• Experience reviewing real estate contracts and researching real estate records is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain/hold an active title insurance license within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and operational components of each file, including maintaining critical documents and file integrity.
• Facilitate smooth title processing and act as a liaison with customers, vendors, office staff, and business partners.
• Communicate effectively to ensure title orders move from initial request through final product distribution.
