Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Title Management Specialist to ensure efficient, compliant, and member-centered delivery of key operational functions. The role supports alignment of departmental performance with organizational goals, fostering excellence, control, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing title processes with third-party systems, ensuring regulatory compliance with CFPB/NCUA, and supporting member solutions and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department SLA/KPIs aligned with strategic plan.
• Manages title responsibilities with maximum proficiency and efficiency.
• Works directly with 3rd party title management system.
• Reviews daily paid off auto loan reports and release of titles.
• Completes off loan insurance refund letters.
• Assists members and other departments with MVD issues.
• Prepares documentation for scanning and cold storage indexing.
• Data entry for title information and filing of documents.
• Maintains year-long reporting for audit review.
