Job summary

Greenwood Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing professional to perform onboarding, payments, escrows, investor reporting, and title-related tasks. The role emphasizes end-to-end loan lifecycle knowledge and cross-functional coordination to ensure accuracy and service quality.

Responsibilities include servicing loans and investor accounts, managing title administration, and handling member inquiries with diligence and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of consumer and/or mortgage loan servicing experience preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in financial services industry and banking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan onboarding and process payments, payoffs, disbursements, and maintenance tasks within the core system.
• Support escrow administration including tracking, payment of taxes, and escrow analyses to members.
• Manage servicing of loan and investor participation accounts and monthly investor reporting for Fannie Mae and other portfolios.
• Provide support in title administration, monitoring receipts and releases of titles and lien filings.
• Handle title-related inquiries from members, dealers, and insurers with cross-functional collaboration.
• Research and resolve processing errors on uncollected titles with dealers and agencies.
• Prepare and process lien releases for consumer and mortgage loans upon satisfaction of debt.
• Administer GAP refunds on early payoffs and ensure timely disbursement to borrowers.
• Research and resolve routine and complex member inquiries related to loan accounts.
