Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department SLA/KPIs in line with the strategic plan.
• Ensures title management responsibilities are performed efficiently.
• Works with 3rd party title management system.
• Reviews daily paid off auto loan report and release of titles.
• Completes insurance refund letters and related paperwork.
• Manages title information data entry and filing.
• Supports audit preparation and documentation.
• Maintains compliance with relevant regulations.
