Job summary

NHTI, Concord’s Community College, seeks a Student Support and Community Standards Coordinator to oversee non-clinical student services and Title IX coordination. You will manage conduct processes, intake, investigations, and referrals while safeguarding confidentiality and policy compliance.

Reporting to the Vice President of Student Success, you will coordinate campus resources, support outreach efforts, and ensure timely, compliant communications across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field preferred in higher education, social sciences, or related area.
• Three years’ experience in student affairs or related field with conduct/case management exposure.
• Experience with Banner, Navigate and Maxient systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lynx CARE Center and early intervention processes.
• Manage student conduct cases in Maxient from report through resolution.
• Serve as Title IX Coordinator for intake, options, and supportive measures.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, Title IX, Clery Act and institutional policies.
• Provide non-clinical case management, including documentation and referrals.
• Collaborate across campus to support students, faculty, and staff.
