Work Schedule: 7.5 hours a day / 180 days per year
Coordinates student conduct processes, Title IX compliance, and non-clinical
student support services through the Lynx CARE Center framework. Ensures timely response to student
concerns, consistent case management, and compliance with institutional policies and applicable
regulations. Responsibilities include Title IX intake, case management, investigation, adjudication, and
service in other system-wide Title IX roles, as assigned. This position does not serve as the final decisionmaker in student conduct matters and does not provide clinical counseling services. The position reports to the VP of Student Success at NHTI, Concord’s Community College.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in higher education administration, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years' experience in student affairs or a related field (e.g. higher education, administration, human services, or similar), including experience in student conduct, case management, conflict resolution or compliance-related processes. Experience with Banner, Navigate, and Maxient systems preferred.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive and complex situations. Strong organizational and case management skills. Ability to interpret and apply institutional policies and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional areas. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Comfortable with having difficult conversations & remaining unbiased.
