NHTI, Concord’s Community College, seeks a Student Support and Community Standards Coordinator to oversee non-clinical student services and Title IX coordination. You will manage conduct processes, intake, investigations, and referrals while safeguarding confidentiality and policy compliance.
Reporting to the Vice President of Student Success, you will coordinate campus resources, support outreach efforts, and ensure timely, compliant communications across the system.
Coordinates non-clinical student support services through the Lynx CARE Center framework and student conduct processes to ensure timely response to student concerns, consistent case management, appropriate intervention and referral, and compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include coordination of student support and early intervention processes, student conduct case management, and related compliance responsibilities. The position also serves as the designated Title IX Coordinator and is responsible for Title IX intake, case management, investigation, adjudication, and service in other system-wide Title IX roles, as assigned. This position does not serve as the final decision-maker in student conduct matters and does not provide clinical counseling services. The position reports to the Vice President of Student Success at NHTI, Concord’s Community College.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in higher education administration, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years' experience in student affairs or a related field (e.g. higher education, administration, human services, or similar), including experience in student conduct, case management, conflict resolution or compliance-related processes. Experience with Banner, Navigate, and Maxient systems preferred.
