Job summary

NHTI, Concord's Community College is seeking a Student Support and Community Standards Coordinator to coordinate non-clinical student support services and oversee Title IX intake and processes. The role reports to the Vice President of Student Success and does not provide clinical counseling.

Responsibilities include managing early intervention, conduct processes in Maxient, and ensuring compliance with FERPA, Title IX, and the Clery Act.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in higher education administration, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) years' experience in student affairs or a related field (e.g. higher education, administration, human services).
• Experience with Banner, Navigate, and Maxient systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lynx CARE Center and student early intervention processes.
• Manage student conduct cases from intake through resolution using Maxient.
• Serve as Title IX Coordinator for intake, information, options, investigations, and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with FERPA, Title IX, and Clery Act.
