Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Juris doctorate or related field preferred.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required; must obtain within one year.
• Five+ years of administrative investigative experience, preferably in Title IX/EEO.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws; experience gathering evidence and investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the work activities of assigned employees, including interviewing, hiring, training employees, and performance management.
• Oversee complaint investigations and triage reports from multiple platforms.
• Develop templates, forms, processes, and SOPs to meet objectives and improve metrics.
• Prepare data reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal services and counsel; support Public Information Requests (PIRs).
• Attend hearings and participate as a witness when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of investigation methodologies and certifications.
