The University of Texas at Arlington seeks an Investigator to support Title IX investigations and related discrimination matters. You will report to the Title IX Coordinator and conduct prompt, thorough, impartial investigations, interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence.

You will maintain records, communicate status updates, and help implement interim measures while ensuring confidentiality and policy compliance.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of investigative experience or seven (7) years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: experience investigating sexual misconduct and/or relationship violence; familiarity with Title IX and related laws.
Demonstrated organizational, writing and interviewing skills; ability to handle highly sensitive information.

Mansioni

Investigates Title IX, EOS and other cases involving students and employees from inception to findings.
Create investigative plans, conduct witness interviews, assess credibility, prepare memoranda of findings.
Communicate with parties while protecting neutrality, integrity and privacy of the investigation.
Provide on-going updates to the Title IX Coordinator or supervisor of investigations.
Review allegations to determine interim measures in collaboration with the Title IX Coordinator.
Maintain thorough, accurate records for all assigned cases.
Ensure procedures and time frames align with university policies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in professional development.
