Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Or equivalent experience.
• Five years of education and experience with Title IX, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation processes, and case management.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to research, gather, analyze and summarize information for complex data projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to field inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare written outreach correspondence under CSU non-discrimination policy.
• Conduct trauma-informed intake meetings and explain processes.
• Assess and triage reports to determine appropriate action.
• Screen reports alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or sexual misconduct.
• Coordinate supportive measures and referrals for affected parties.
• Collaborate with campus partners to determine actions outside OEC jurisdiction.
• Maintain the case management system and generate reports.
• Assist Investigators with interview statements and records.
• Coordinate hearing logistics for sexual misconduct cases.
