Job summary

Cal Poly Pomona in Pomona, CA is seeking an Intake Coordinator/Case Manager to be the first point of contact for OEC inquiries, conduct trauma‑informed intake meetings, and coordinate safety measures and accommodations for affected individuals.

The role also handles data‑driven case management, reporting, and coordination of investigations and hearings with campus partners, ensuring compliance with CSU policies and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of education and experience with Title IX, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation processes, and case management.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to research, analyze and summarize information for complex data projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Intake and outreach: first point of contact for inquiries, assess reports, and conduct outreach under CSU policies.
• Case management: maintain case files, real-time updates, and data quality across systems.
• Assist with investigations: draft notices, facilitate informal resolutions, and support hearings.
• Coordination with campus partners and external agencies as needed; ensure compliance with FERPA/HIPAA.
• Respond to inquiries about policies, processes, and available resources; attend interview meetings.
