Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, social work, business administration, or related field.
Three years of experience in Title IX investigations and complaints.
ATIXA, NACUA or related certification preferred.
Experience in higher education is preferred.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Oversees University-wide Title IX compliance by coordinating grievance procedures and maintaining records.
Develops and delivers campus-wide education, training, and outreach related to Title IX.
Leads the timely response to and investigation of Title IX complaints, including harassment and discrimination.
Communicates with involved parties, gathers documentation, and coordinates with campus offices.
Provides strategic leadership on compliance initiatives and annual climate reporting.
