Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of post-bachelor's experience in higher education administration, with Title IX exposure.
• Experience with Title IX, Title VI, VAWA, and the Clery Act.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Title IX/VI policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and guidance and maintain records.
• Oversee intake, investigation, and resolution of reports; supervise staff.
• Lead hearings and provide training for adjudication officers and staff.
• Coordinate with campus partners to provide support and education.
• Collect and analyze data to inform prevention efforts and reporting.
