Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or University accredited by US DOE or equivalent.
• Experience in civil rights, equity, compliance, or related work through internships, coursework, student groups, or advocacy.
• Willingness to learn and grow into advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in investigative processes under guidance of Title IX Coordinator or lead investigator.
• Gather preliminary facts by reviewing documents, policies, and digital evidence.
• Assist with implementing supportive measures and coordinating logistics with campus partners.
• Support preparation of materials for hearings, informal resolutions, and reviews.
• Assist with data collection and annual reports, climate assessments, and compliance audits.
• Develop training materials and assist in facilitating workshops for students, staff, and faculty.
• Engage in ongoing Title IX training and research trends to improve practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
