• Familiarity with Title IX policy and SUNY/State/Federal laws and mandates.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations for sexual misconduct and intimate partner violence cases.
• Serve as a content expert in sexual misconduct matters within the Office of Student Conduct.
• Interview involved students using fair, impartial, trauma-informed practices.
• Prepare comprehensive, objective reports documenting evidence and findings.
• Collaborate with Title IX Office on referrals, jurisdiction, investigations, and procedures.
• Offer supportive measures to involved students and coordinate with campus partners.
