Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Default Title Specialist to facilitate the timely ordering and delivery of title search packages. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery while preserving service standards.

The role emphasizes quality control of vesting, liens, encumbrances, and tax descriptions, with a focus on clear communication and efficient problem solving in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of title, mortgage, curative, or financial services experience required.
• 1+ years of Curative, REO, Foreclosure, or Purchase Title experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review title search products for quality, completeness, and accuracy (vesting, liens, encumbrances, legal descriptions, taxes).
• Order fulfillment & case coordination to ensure timely turnaround and SLA adherence.
• Investigate, research, and resolve issues identified within title search packages prior to client delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to meet client requirements and timely delivery.
• Submit invoices for services rendered per client requirements.
