What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all file documentation is complete, accurate, and routed appropriately.

• Support workflow administration, including ordering title searches, scheduling closings, and tracking updates when applicable.
• Assist with reporting, file maintenance, receivables tracking, and general office support as needed.
• Coordinate document recording and follow up with clerks or attorneys when applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of relevant experience in title insurance, underwriting, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing.
• Working knowledge of title insurance principles, legal instruments, and real estate terminology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret recorded documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
