• Ensure all file documentation is complete and accurately routed.
• Enter and maintain title data in the policy system.
• Support workflow: order title searches, schedule closings, track updates.
• Assist with reporting, file maintenance, and receivables tracking as needed.
• Coordinate document recording and liaise with clerks or attorneys.
