Qualifications

• 2–5 years' background in title examination or real estate law.
• Understanding of title concepts, lien priority, and typical defects.
• Ability to analyze title commitments and public records.
• Strong investigative talents with county recording databases experience.
• Precise, organized, and time-managed approach; proficient with MS Office and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate title reports, explore public archives, and fix title flaws to ready properties for foreclosure and sale.
• Assess title commitments, build title chains, and identify liens, judgments, and priority concerns.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and external groups to clear title obstacles with releases and documents.
• Navigate county recording systems and databases to interpret deeds, mortgages, tax documents, and encumbrances.
• Support the foreclosure team by delivering clear title summaries and assembling FHA/VA title packages when needed.
• Maintain precise, compliant case management files according to firm guidelines.
