Padgett Law Group in Florida is seeking a Title Examiner to review title searches, public records, and legal documents in residential mortgage foreclosure matters. You will identify ownership, lien priorities, and title defects while ensuring compliance with client standards and laws.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of title examination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida real property records and title examination practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities; excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and title production/case management tools.

Mansioni

• Review title searches, commitments, and ownership/encumbrance reports for residential mortgage foreclosure matters.
• Examine deeds, mortgages, assignments, probate records and court filings to verify vesting and title chain.
• Identify senior and subordinate liens and other encumbrances affecting title.
• Determine all parties necessary to foreclosure actions and prepare reports.
• Research public records to verify ownership and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify title defects and recommend corrective actions; review title updates.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, investor guidelines, and laws.
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems and communicate findings to attorneys.
• Assist with onboarding and training team members; support productivity goals.
