Job summary

HomeServices of America seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow B2B relationships in Florida. You will engage real estate agents, builders and mortgage partners, presenting title and escrow solutions to drive book of business and increase market share.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree or equivalent, 3+ years of B2B sales with strong closing skills, and proven ability to train partners, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Three years’ prior successful business-to-business sales experience with demonstrated strong closing skills
• Knowledge of title and/or escrow preferred
• Self-starter with good follow-through skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service focus
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Ability to work effectively in a benchmarked environment to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to work effectively with agents in a training environment and add value to their business
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agents, attend meetings as needed on a regular basis and build book of business.
• Retain and grow current business through presentation of title and escrow products and active participation in agent meetings.
• Build business plan and set goals to attain usage in assigned offices and outside sources.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as requested.
