HomeServices of America seeks a Business Development Representative to conduct real estate settlements and market title services under the Title Branch Manager. You will build relationships with brokers, lenders, and customers, expand market share, and promote seminars across the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in real estate, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of RESPA and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred.
• Strong follow-through and self-starting attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of RESPA and compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, Real Estate brokerages, Realtors and lenders.
• Increase market share within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Company and competitors’ products and services.
• Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Represent Sage Title in the market and at industry events.
• Promote open communication and mutually beneficial internal relationships.
• Offer real estate educational seminars for brokers and realtors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other duties as requested.
