Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in title/real estate settlement.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel; basic PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise title, escrow and settlement personnel and review closing procedures to verify processes meet lender and underwriter conditions.
• Coordinate scheduling of closing dates and times and manage related documentation.
• Prepare management reports reflecting daily, weekly and monthly activity.
• Reconcile and remit premium payments to underwriters; review monthly escrow and transaction reconciliations.
• Attend and conduct real estate closings as necessary; assist with special projects as assigned.
