You will handle closings, notary services, escrow management, and provide excellent customer service to residential real estate professionals. This is a full-time role for an Escrow Officer, and the individual will be responsible for handling closings, notary services, escrow management, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve working closely with residential real estate professionals and performing various tasks related to the escrow process.
This position is fully onsite in our Boulder, CO office and supports a collaborative team environment at: 4875 Pearl East Circle Suite 300 Boulder CO 80301
Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, excellent communication and organizational skills Minimum of 3-5 years closing experience in the title insurance industry in Colorado Understands escrow/closing standards, title commitments and requirements, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, document preparation, etc. Team player, self-starter, committed, dedicated, respectful and hard working Candidate must possess the ability to work independently Candidate must be comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in varied settings
Notary Public, State of Colorado, preferred Title Insurance Producers license, preferred must be obtained, within 90 days of date of hire

Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $20.00 – $25.00 + Commissions hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
