Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Supervisor of Title and Escrow Agents in Pittsburgh. The role oversees title, escrow and settlement staff, coordinates closings, and ensures adherence to lender, underwriter and regulatory requirements.

Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise title, escrow and settlement personnel and review closing procedures to verify processes meet lender and underwriter conditions.
Establish and maintain streamlined workflow to address day-to-day operations in a timely manner.
Prepare management reports reflecting daily, weekly and monthly activity.
Coordinate underwriter and CPA audits and provide required documentation and reconciliations.
Attend and conduct real estate closings as necessary.
Adhere to F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program and regulatory compliance.
