F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Supervisor of Title and Escrow Agents to lead the title, escrow and settlement team in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, closing process oversight, and customer service for internal and external clients within Mortgage Administration.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, coordinate closings, and ensure accurate reconciliations and audits, while supporting ongoing process improvements and risk management initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• 5+ years related experience in title/escrow or real estate settlement.
• Experience supervising and coordinating title, escrow and settlement personnel.
• Strong knowledge of title examination, closing procedures and lender/underwriter requirements.
• Proficient in reconciliation, accounting processes and audits.

• Supervise title, escrow and settlement personnel and review closing procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling of the closing date and time.
• Prepare management reports reflecting daily, weekly and monthly activity.
• Reconcile premium payments and vendor invoices; remit payments.
• Attend and conduct real estate closings as needed.
