Job summary

First American's Direct division is seeking a Business Development Partner to expand our title and escrow presence in Northern Nevada, including Minden. You will build partnerships with Realtors, lenders and investors, driving new business and ensuring client success with a strong local team backing you.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing onboarding, and collaboration with escrow and operations to grow a trusted national brand at the local level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of residential title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or related experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners in Northern Nevada.
• Develop new business opportunities through market presence, networking, and relationship-building.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through.
• Partner with escrow and operations teams to drive client success and retention.
• Represent a trusted national brand while building your own market reputation.
