Qualifications

• Minimum two years titling experience and experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Daily input of equipment deals including titling, securing liens, and processing extended warranty paperwork.
• Input deals into CDK with delivery date and note the deal number.
• Obtain lien information from F&I Manager and verify titling details with lenders.
• Print all delivery paperwork, deliver to customers, and file in the truck folder with required copies.
• Coordinate with Sales and F&I to sign all delivery and loan documents.
• Reconcile weekly and monthly schedules, postings, and inventories; email schedules to GM/OM/Sales by deadlines.
