Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering experience or 7+ years with advanced degree.
• U.S. citizenship or green card with ability to obtain citizenship.
• Travel up to 10% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead titanium alloy development, characterization, and production implementation for jet engines.
• Mentor junior engineers and support test programs.
• Coordinate with enterprise customers to plan and report R&D related to titanium alloys.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps and secure funding.
