Job summary

AV in Huntsville, AL seeks a Titan Lead Field Service Engineer - Integration & Training Specialist. This senior hybrid role bridges engineering, field operations, and customer mission execution, owning system integration, documentation, and training development for Titan_MS.

The Lead FSE drives integration activities, refines procedures, supports ITAR compliance, and develops training that enhances operator effectiveness and system performance across domestic and international deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting complex electronic or RF-based systems in field or operational environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and RF domains.
• Working knowledge of IP networking, communications protocols, and system integration.
• Experience with configuration management, software version control, and system updates.
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to travel extensively (domestic/international) and obtain required security clearances.
• Strong communication skills and engineering professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of Titan_MS RF/C_UAS systems.
• Diagnose complex hardware, software, networking, and RF issues using advanced test equipment.
• Conduct system validation, acceptance testing, and readiness checks in coordination with engineering.
• Provide engineering-level feedback on system performance, failure modes, and sustainment needs.
• Support domestic and international deployments as the senior technical representative.
• Own and maintain ITAR compliance activities and documentation.
