Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking an Advanced Field Technician / Project Manager to lead installation projects and oversee complex security systems across client sites in Tennessee. Based in Nashville, you will blend hands-on technical work with project coordination, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

This field-based role requires 5+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 5+ years installing and servicing electronic security systems.
• Experience leading multiple projects or senior technicians.
• Strong low-voltage wiring, network topology, and power knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to travel Tennessee 60–70%.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and complete security installation projects.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and client contacts.
• Perform site assessments and prepare material takeoffs.
• Maintain project documentation and on-site client updates.
• Lead on-site installation and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Titan guidelines.
