Job summary

Marksman Titan Security Group in Nashville, TN, seeks an Advanced Technician / Project Manager for Titan Electronics to lead installation projects and coordinate field teams. Based in Nashville, you will manage complex security systems, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold Titan's high standards.

You will mentor junior technicians, engage clients, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety, compliance, and quality across multiple sites in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with electronic security systems installation and service.
• Experience managing multiple projects or leading technicians across sites.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring, network topology, and power systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel across Tennessee (approximately 60–70%).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute electronic security installation projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and client site contacts to meet milestones.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare material takeoffs, verify designs meet Titan standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and updates.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients during installation and commissioning.
