Job summary

FALCATA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Product Solutions division. Based at Huntsville, AL, Aurora, CO, Arlington, VA, or Bedminster, NJ, you will lead integration, testing, and field deployment of subsystems such as seekers and proximity sensors onto larger platforms.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces, frequent travel, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in systems integration, testing, or engineering.
• Experience with RF-based subsystems and field testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and obtain SECRET DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, testing, validation, and field deployment of subsystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time integration issues on site and in the lab.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate issues to engineering teams.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and government sites.
