Job summary

212° Titans is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to lead the deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of sophisticated AV and integrated technology systems in Frederick, MD. This field-based role requires ownership of projects from install through final delivery, with travel up to 25% and a competitive annual compensation.

You will guide installation teams, troubleshoot complex issues, configure and test systems, and provide hands-on training to customers while collaborating with project

Qualifications

• Lead and manage complex AV/integrated technology projects from install to delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting and system commissioning abilities.
• Experience with enterprise networking, IP addressing, VLANs, and topology.
• 3+ years of direct customer-facing experience with clear communication.
• Experience coordinating projects and leading installation teams.
• Familiarity with cable installation, device installation, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and final delivery of AV and integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving AV, network infrastructure, and control systems.
• Configure, test, and commission sophisticated systems for optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on training to customers.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to drive milestones.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance for clients.
