Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform tire work (retail and commercial): mount/dismount, air pressure checks, balancing, rotation, and flat repairs; ensure lug nuts are torqued to spec.
• Inspect vehicles per VIR training expectations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and communication as a priority.
• Recommend safety and preventive services to customers.
• Receive product into location prior to stocking and organize shelves.
