Job summary

Commercial Tire Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking a Tire Technician to mount/dismount tires, perform repairs, and inspect vehicles. You will support both retail and commercial tire work, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical capability, and willingness to perform shop tasks and basic maintenance. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and ESOP opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Mount and dismount tires, perform tire work for retail and commercial customers.
• Inspect vehicles per VIR training expectations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and clear communication.
• Recommend safety and preventative services to customers.
• Receive and organize products; process store procedures.
• Perform oil changes as required under VIR standards.
• Assist with opening/closing store and end-of-day duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bays and work areas.
• Assist with phone and counter duties as needed.
• Support oil changes, lube shop tasks, and alignments as required.
