Commercial Tire Inc. in Idaho Falls is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician 2 to maintain and grow our existing customer base by servicing accounts and performing tire mounting, dismounting, balancing and repairs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of tire industry related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• DOT Driver Qualification file (q-file) Medical Certification and TIA Certification for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose tire problems for customer vehicles and communicate repairs or replacements.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Complete service orders, process tickets, invoices and verify customer credit status.
