Job summary

Continental is seeking a Service Technician for BestDrive where you will perform tire mounting, dismounting and repair work for commercial vehicles, including on-call road service nights and weekends. The role supports safety standards and quality service across our tire centers.

Candidate duties include inspecting tires, loading equipment, and documenting work per policy, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and a strong safety mindset. A DOT physical and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Mount/dismount/install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels before/after service.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Review work orders with supervisors.
