Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is hiring Tire Service Technicians I–IV to dismount, mount, balance and repair commercial vehicle tires, including off-the-road equipment. You will perform tire and wheel service and related duties as needed.

The role offers a sign-on bonus program payable in installments after 30, 90, and 180 days, along with immediate benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) match. Work hours typically 7-5 with potential evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies.
• Repair tires and inspect tires and wheels.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Perform emergency road service calls on nights and/or weekends.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.
