Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is hiring Tire Service Technicians (I–IV) to dismount, mount, balance and repair commercial vehicle tires. You will service off-road equipment and trucks, follow safety procedures, and participate in emergency road service on a rotating basis.

Prior tire service experience and a valid driver's license are required, with a DOT physical pass needed. Training paths and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on/off trucks.
• Repair tires and perform service on CV/medium trucks.
• Inspect tires and wheels before/after service per procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and document work performed.
