Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is hiring a Tire Service Technician to dismount, mount, balance, and repair commercial vehicle tires. You will service off-the-road equipment and support teams with tire-related tasks, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

Typical hours are 7-5, Monday–Friday, with nights/weekends on a rotating basis. The role includes a sign-on bonus program with installments at 30, 90, and 180 days, and opportunities for career growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires and inspect tires and wheels before/after service.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Review work orders and discuss with supervisors; document work accurately.
