Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• DOT Driver Qualification file and Medical Certification.
• TIA Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier tire service to customers through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
• Perform mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, and fleet checks on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT/ELD compliance.
• Operate tire-related tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Look up fluid volumes for tire sizes when required.
• Complete work orders and invoices accurately and handle billing adjustments.
• Assist in inventory management using company software systems.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and maintain records for follow-up.
• Document fleet inspections and ensure all required images/forms are captured.
