Job summary

Commercial Tire is seeking a Service Technician 1 to perform tire-related services in-store and at customer locations. You will mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires, support roadside assistance, and ensure safety and accuracy in every job.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, using company software, and maintaining inventories, while adhering to DOT/ELD regulations and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• DOT Driver Qualification file (q-file) and Medical Certification.
• TIA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire-related services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, and fleet checks.
• Provide on-site or in-store service and roadside assistance as needed.
• Complete work orders and invoices accurately; verify customer credit.
• Use company software systems for inventory and orders (e.g., Toolbox, Basys).
• Maintain safety standards and DOT/ELD compliance.
• Assist with inventory, purchase orders, and recordkeeping.
