Goodyear Automotive Tire & Service Advisor position in our on-site Goodyear Auto Service center offers hands-on training and a path to advanced roles. You will engage guests, understand their needs, and drive tire and service sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include guiding guests from check-in to checkout, communicating promotions, and supporting scheduling and time estimates.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by recommending tires and services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
• Communicate promotions, warranties, and advertisements to guests.
