Job summary
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor for our on-site Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will build guest relationships, drive tire sales, and advise on automotive services while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Guest Service experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and services.
- Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate promotions and warranties clearly.
- Manage check-in, scheduling, time estimates, and check-out.
- Support promotional events and merchandising.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Assist Service Manager with guest vehicle information.
- Maintain clean, safe work and guest areas.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
