This role focuses on sales, quality, and profitability, building guest relationships, communicating benefits, and guiding customers from check-in through service completion while upholding safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability for the store by selling tires and automotive services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
